Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains cancellations and refunds for Fia's Academy table bookings and related online payments. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.

You may cancel an eligible booking from your account (My bookings) when the booking is still active.

• Refund-eligible window: Cancel at least 24 hours before the booked slot start time (Asia/Kolkata). If you cancel within this window, the online amount paid for that booking is generally refundable.
• Inside 24 hours: You may still cancel to release seats, but the online payment is generally non-refundable.
• Your booking screen may show the refund deadline and whether a refund applies at the moment you cancel.

• Eligible online refunds are processed back through the original payment method via our payment partner, subject to bank/UPI timelines (often several business days).
• We may need to verify payment status before confirming a refund.
• If a payment failed or was never captured, there is nothing to refund.

Some charges — including set fees marked as payable at the academy — may not be included in the online checkout total. Those offline amounts are settled at the venue. Refunds for offline fees (if any) are handled case-by-case at the academy and are separate from the automated online refund rules above.

Event seat bookings follow the same cancellation principles unless an event page states a different rule. Completed (past) events are not bookable and are not refundable after the session has run.

Shop items are confirmed via WhatsApp. Product refunds or exchanges depend on the specific order terms agreed when we accept your purchase (condition of goods, custom items, etc.).

Membership plans and approvals are handled separately. Any fee associated with membership is refundable only if we expressly agree in writing for that request.

If we cancel your booking or close a slot for operational reasons (for example venue unavailability), we will offer a suitable rebooking or refund of the eligible online amount paid for that booking.

We may decline or adjust refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the booking system, or chargebacks initiated without contacting us first. Please reach out so we can help resolve issues quickly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Bookings are generally governed by the policy in effect when you cancel, unless a clearer note was shown at checkout.
