• Booking & Event Information: booking dates, time slots, number of players, guest details, playing level, Mahjong-set requirements, attendance, cancellations and payment status.
• Payment Information: transaction amount, payment status and transaction/reference numbers supplied by our payment service providers. We do not store complete debit or credit card details.
• Communications: enquiries or messages sent through email, WhatsApp, Instagram, website forms or other communication channels.
• Technical Information: device, browser, IP address, security logs and similar information required to operate and protect our website.

We process personal data only for lawful purposes, including to:

• create and manage your account;
• process Mahjong table bookings, classes and event registrations;
• process payments, cancellations and refunds;
• send booking confirmations, account verification, password resets and service-related updates;

• prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents; and

Under the DPDP Act, a "child" is an individual who has not completed eighteen years of age.
